This is a protest against Trump's rally being held at the Century Center in South Bend, IN. This rally is supposed to take place on Monday, May 2nd at 7pm.
Our area is full of diversity. We are home to one of the nation's best schools, Notre Dame! A school full of people from all over this country and all over the world. People here come from all walks of life. We need to show Trump his hateful and divisive message is not wanted or welcomed here, neither is he! We need to show him that his hate doesn't have a place in our area. Join us on Monday!
We are looking for help in anyway possible to organize this. Everyone bring your signs and t-shirts. We need people for audio and making banners.
This, above all, must be a PEACEFUL protest... This is very important. Everyone must resist the urge for violence and spread love, not hate like Trump does. We must be better then him. Remember though, everyone will be responsible for their own actions.
We should all plan to meet around 5pm on Monday in front of the Morris Performing Arts Center, 211 N Michigan St, South Bend, IN 46601. Then around 6pm we will walk to the Century Center.
The more people the better. So share this event and help spread this like wildfire.
